Welcome to my new and improved website!

Located in Seattle, WA, Sound Media Productions is home to me, freelance producer / engineer, Brandon Busch. I spend most of my time at the mixing desk or mastering rig, but for the right project I'm available as a producer & tracking engineer at my place, or any other studio you'd like to work in. I've worked with a diverse set of artists, running the gamut from singer-songwriters, to rock, to reggae, and several projects with one of the world's pioneering harmonica players, Lee Oskar. Whether I'm tracking, mixing or mastering something for you, I look for the sound that lets your music speak.

I have both an analog tape machine and a Pro Tools HDX system with iZ Technology & Burl Audio converters here to capture sounds, and racks of fancy outboard gear to help make those sounds we capture extra lovely. Special thanks to all my clients in 2014 for making this the busiest year to date. Aside from a host of mastering jobs, some highlights include mixing a record for St Paul de Vence, tracking (and soon to mix) an album for the lovely and talented Lindee Hoshikawa, and mixing new tracks for Irish songstress Jean Harnett.
